Gold Creek Foods to acquire Foundation Food Group

Gainesville, GA Gold Creek Foods today announced that it has entered an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Foundation Food Group. Subject to usual and customary due diligence, the transaction is expected to close during the first week of October 2021. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and further details are not available at this time.
