USAPEEC elects Chaz Wilson chairman of the board

Chaz Wilson, head of international sales for Pilgrim’s USA in Greeley, Colo., has been elected chairman of the board of the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council for 2020-21.
Wilson succeeds outgoing Chairman Mark Barrett, vice president of Lamex Foods Inc. He was elected June 9 during USAPEEC’s 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting. Wilson also served as chairman of USAPEEC in 2012/13 and has served on the board of directors since 1998.
As chairman, Wilson will head the board of directors, which sets policy and provides direction to USAPEEC, an organization whose mission is to promote and increase exports of U.S. chicken, turkey, duck, and egg products worldwide.
