Springer Mountain Farms faced a considerable challenge when their top supplier of non-GMO feed increased prices significantly. The increase in cost for non-GMO feed would have been passed on to customers at a time when costs were rising for everything across the board, and inevitably hurt consumers where it matters most: their wallet.

The chicken producer was recently named a finalist for the 2024 Chicken Marketer of the Year award. This award recognizes excellence in marketing and public relations campaigns in keeping chicken as the protein on the center of the plate.
