Mountaire acquires grain storage facility

Mountaire Farms said it has purchased a grain storage facility in Dover, Del., that will allow the chicken processor to buy more local grain for making feed.
Millsboro, Del.-based Mountaire, the country’s sixth largest chicken processor, now owns a total of 13 grain storage facilities on Delmarva: two in Virginia, five in Maryland and six in Delaware.
